Complex work, made simple and automated.

I find where your business loses time and money, simplify the process, automate the repetitive work, build the small tools your team is missing, and show what each change is worth to your bottom line.

What I do

One person instead of three.

Usually a business owner needs a consultant to understand the problem, a technician to build the fix and someone else to say if it paid off. I do all three.

BUSINESS FINANCE TECHNOLOGY MY WORK

Fewer handoffs, faster results, a clear business case.

I can sit with the owner, negotiate with a software vendor, read the numbers and build the automation myself. Nothing gets lost between people, and every change comes with what it is worth.

Services

Four ways I help.

Big consultancies deliver recommendations. I deliver the working solution.

01

Process Diagnosis

I map how the work is really done, where time and money are lost, and what fixing it is worth.

02

Process Simplification

I cut the steps, rules and handoffs between teams that add no value, and align the people involved.

03

Automation & AI

I automate repetitive work with scripts, workflow tools and AI assistants, on the systems you already have.

04

Custom Tools

When a spreadsheet or a generic app no longer fits, I build a small tool designed around how your team actually works. Simple to use, quick to deliver, yours to keep.

How I work

From manual to measurable, in four moves.

01 · SEE

Map the real process

I talk to the people doing the work and map what actually happens, not what the procedure says.

02 · SIMPLIFY

Cut to what matters

I remove steps, rules and handoffs that add effort without adding value. Simple comes before automated.

03 · AUTOMATE

Hand the repetitive to software

Scripts, workflow tools and AI assistants take over the routine work, so the team focuses on customers and decisions.

04 · PROVE

Put a number on it

Every change is tied to a financial result: cost avoided, revenue recovered, hours returned to the team.

Typical work

The kind of problems I solve.

Four situations I know well, and what usually changes once they are fixed.

Customer self-service

Turning requests that depend on a support team into a simple digital flow

When customers have to call or write to get something routine done, the team is busy and the customer waits. A well-designed self-service flow handles most of these cases on its own.

  • Define who can use it and how the offer or rule works
  • Work with vendors on terms, pricing and security
  • Design the experience around the customer and test it with real users

Collections

Recovering overdue amounts with earlier, simpler offers

The longer a debt waits, the harder it is to recover. Reaching customers at the right moment with a clear, easy proposal changes the outcome.

  • Find the moments where a quick reaction makes the difference
  • Send a clear payment proposal automatically, by the right channel
  • Keep the choice simple: pay in one go or join a payment plan

Finance operations

Admin processes that cross several teams, simplified

Forms that are hard to fill in, inconsistent data and unclear ownership make simple tasks drag on for months, and they often carry hidden costs such as fees and blocked credit.

  • Simplify the forms and remove fields nobody uses
  • Standardise how information is filled in
  • Add control points so every request is followed to the end
  • Align the teams involved around one shared goal

Automation

Software robots for repetitive work in business systems

Routine updates often mean opening records one by one and selecting the same options by hand. A script can do this work instead, on the system you already have.

  • Map the manual steps and remove the ones that add nothing
  • Build a robot that works through the screens like a person would
  • Make it reliable on slow, dynamic screens, where simple recorders break

About

An economist who builds.

Adriana Filipe

I'm Adriana, an economist by background. I've spent my career on processes such as collections, payments, finance operations and CRM.

Along the way I learned that every process is made of people. Understanding how they really work is where every lasting change begins. On top of that, I bring the financial background to know what a change is worth, and the hands-on technical skills to build it myself.

I also organise pitch sessions and give talks on how businesses can put AI to practical use.
